Welcome to Anime Sekai! We have the biggest venue in the City of Abilene with over 100,000 sq of space for us to put on our annual epic Anime and Gaming convention!

In 2018 we made history as the first Anime & Gaming Convention to arrive in the City of Abilene! We have cultivated quite a following over the years, growing in population each year! We have the fortune of having 4 big universities (ACU, MCM, HSU, Cisco) and home to a massive Air Force base making this convention a must add stop to your list!

Vendor a Hotspot & Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt/Pass Port

We pass a scavenger hunt work sheets to our attendees who will need to get a stamp from vendor booths. This is a great opportunity to get attendes to come to your booth. This allows you to interact with attendes as they come for a stamp to your booth, this will give you the seller the time to pitch your sales. Completed sheets will be allowed to enter into a drawling for Anime Sekai giveaways.

We are also doing a scavenger hunt with the same objective as the sign off sheet register booths will recieve an email on how to take advantage of the scaverger hunt.

Exhibitors Rules

• The sale of Bootleg Items is NOT Permitted.

• Explicit Adult material is NOT Permitted.

• Allowing access of adult material to minors is not permitted. • No food or drink sales.

• The sale of weapons to anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted.

• Anyone purchasing a weapon must be made aware of Anime Sekai Weapons Policy.

• Vendors must abide by the convention policies.

• Any violation of the Exhibitor Rules or Convention Policies will be escorted off the grounds. • No Refunds for violating Rules or Policies.

Artist Rules

Who qualifies to get a table in the Artist Alley:

• Someone who designs and creates their own original work.

• Any item featuring artist own characters.

• Original hand drawn items.

• Original hand crafted items such as; plush toys, dolls.

• Original clothing and accessories such as; t-shirts, bags, pins, buttons, jewelry, props, ears, chain mail.

• Self published works such as; CD's, books, DVD's.

• Fan Art as long as it clearly shows artist work and not trying to replicate.

Items artist are NOT allowed to sell or offer:

• Food or Drinks.

• Hazardous Items.

• Commercial Products.

• Weapons.

• Face painting.

• Autographs.

• Artwork that is not your own.

We do not require any paperwork to be an artist at this event. It is your responsibility to collect and file your own taxes.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final, as tickets are neither refundable nor returnable. They may be upgraded from a day pass to a weekend pass.

• Tickets cannot be transferred forward to future shows.

• Please be careful not to lose or misplace your convention badge or wristband because they will not be replaced. All convention functions require a convention badge or wristband worn in plain sight in order to participate.

Guest appearances are subject to change or cancellation due to professional obligations. Please check the Anime Sekai website for the most current listings prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a guest cancellation.
